I am a Software Test Engineer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience testing SaaS platforms across web, mobile, kiosk systems, and browser extensions, backed by nearly 12 years of earlier industry experience in office and operations roles.

CASE STUDIES
Offline Sync Issue
In a workforce management product, I identified a defect where offline mobile actions were overriding centralized timesheet data after sync. By reproducing the conflict across multiple offline/online scenarios and devices, I isolated the conditions, worked with developers to redesign the sync logic, and prevented incorrect attendance and payroll records for field staff.
DST Configuration Bug
During rollout of location‑level Daylight Saving Time configuration, I discovered that certain combinations of settings caused time shifts and inconsistent reporting. My testing helped the team correct the configuration logic and avoid system‑wide time inconsistencies across regions.
