  • Led end-to-end QA for multiple SaaS products including workforce management, inspection, and gamified marketing platforms across web, mobile, kiosk, and browser extensions.
  • Designed and executed detailed test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing, running ~2-day regression suites for bi-weekly releases to ensure stable deployments.
  • Tested complex workforce management modules such as employee onboarding, role permissions, shift scheduling, attendance and leave management, pay rate configuration, and payroll export integrations.
  • Validated kiosk attendance systems using face recognition, QR codes, geofencing, beacons, and NFC, ensuring reliable time tracking in online and offline scenarios.
  • Identified critical defects in offline synchronization where mobile actions conflicted with centralized timesheet data, preventing incorrect payroll and attendance records.
  • Discovered major issues in location-level Daylight Saving Time configuration that could cause system-wide time inconsistencies and ensured a correct rollout.
  • Executed performance tests with Apache JMeter simulating up to 2000 concurrent users to validate scalability and performance SLAs.
  • Tested AI-powered Chrome and Edge extensions including broadcast messaging, scheduling, auto-reply, and Gemini-based translation, validating behavior, accuracy, and UI integration.
